Project Passion is a project management model tailored to Vahanen’s needs, which is particularly suitable for construction-related consulting and planning projects, as well as for program management services. The model is the result of many years of collaboration between the Vahanen Group and the largest technology training company in the Nordic region, Talent Partners Oy. Project Passion is more than a project management model: it is Vahanen’s way of operating and generating added value for customers through effective, high quality project management.
Project Passion forms an important part of Vahanen’s internal training academy, which prepares every expert employed by the Group to work and act in line with the Project Passion model. All those headed for a career in project management within Vahanen are first certified as Project Passion managers in the Vahanen Academy. After that they can progress to senior project management and further, to international project management. In terms of practical customer projects, certification means conducting meetings in accordance with level requirements, consistent tracking and control procedures, and project management competence development with support from a mentor.
