Environmental certification for real estate properties provides owners with a way to ensure energy-efficiency, low environmental impact and value retention of a property.

Our competent experts can carry out LEED, BREEAM and Promise certifications. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) are internationally renowned and popular environmental certification systems. Promise is a Finnish system.

The certificates are applicable for all kinds of buildings from offices and retail properties to housing. Environmental classifications can be requested for existing buildings and new construction projects. The certification procedure checks the property’s environmental features in relation to the site, energy and water consumption, construction materials and indoor air quality.
