Services to assist in fulfilling the client’s duties

Permit and licensing practices for international building projects often differ significantly from the Finnish building and planning process, and therefore require special attention from foreign developers. We support our clients in all matters related to fulfilling the developer’s responsibilities, to project management and to interaction with the authorities, offering diverse technical consulting services.

Among other things, we can carry out the following tasks on behalf of the client:

• technical surveys of the building site or an existing property
• acquiring and evaluating official initial data
• participating in obtaining planning and building permission
• technical supervision during construction work
• representing the developer in accepting the handover of completed work
• making strategic use and maintenance plans for the property

We also offer environmental consulting and certification services (e.g. LEED, BREEAM). We support our clients in project management, and can recommend suitable planners, designers and contractors or manage the planning process entirely.
