Property Mapping Process

The Property Mapping Process (PMP) is a service with which the property owner’s properties are turned into a portfolio and analysed based on predetermined factors. These factors include the technical condition, productivity and energy efficiency of the buildings. The factors are largely determined based on the customer’s business and property strategy. PMP provides the property owner with up-to-date information on the current state of the properties which can be useful for instance when making new investments or liquidating old properties.

Technical due diligence

Technical due diligence (TDD) is a service for investigating the risks related to a property or plot to be bought or sold, as well as for investigating the condition of buildings, and their repair and maintenance needs and estimated costs. The property inspection carried out for TDD is largely similar to that of the condition survey, but it pays particular attention to the building’s accessibility and maintenance operations. TDD also often inspects whether the property has been built in accordance with zoning and licence terms and conditions.
