Properties must be managed, too

Vahanen aims to work in diverse ways to improve our built environment. We offer services in project management, commissioning building work and supervision during construction, as well as servicing and maintenance for existing properties.

One of our major duties is to provide services to meet the needs of property ownership and management.

We are not a management company; instead, we offer an umbrella of systematic, effective and cost-efficient management of properties through services that suit the different stages of the entire life cycle. These include technical property portfolio management (property mapping process, PMP), identifying renovation needs (e.g. for housing companies), carrying out site surveys, and formulating maintenance and repair plans.

In relation to property transactions, we can carry out technical due diligence (TDD) for the buyer or the seller, and this can also include, among other elements, environmental due diligence (EDD).
